Shri Sanoj Kumar, Executive Director, LIC of India, joined in 1990 as a Direct recruit Officer. He is currently posted as Zonal Manager(In-Charge) of Western Zone, Mumbai. The Zone comprises of the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat & Goa. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi and is a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India and also holds a Diploma in Health Insurance. He has attended various management training programmes from XLRI, ISB & NIA.

During his career spanning over 35 years, he has handled IT, Training, Operations, Administrative and Marketing assignments in various Offices. Among the prominent assignments handled by him are Marketing Manager, Jamshedpur Division, Sr. Divisional Manager, Rajkot & Gandhinagar Divisions & Regional Manager(Marketing), Patna.

His strength & expertise lies in strategy formulation, meticulous planning, futuristic thinking, business innovation, problem solving, communication skills, interpersonal relationships & efficient execution.
