Ms. Megha Garg is a Director at Swiss Re and currently serves as the Life & Health Deputy Global Valuation Head. She also leads the Actuarial Community at Swiss Re Bangalore. She has over two decades of experience across insurance, reinsurance, consulting, and advisory roles. ​

Her career includes senior actuarial responsibilities in both industry and consulting, including a period as Appointed Actuary at the Agriculture Insurance Company of India. ​

​

She qualified as an actuary in 2008 and is an active member of the Institute of Actuaries of India and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.Outside of work, Megha enjoys travelling “both in person and through books” playing board games, and spending time with her nine-year-old son.​
