Ms. Jyotsna Kaushik is a Senior Quant Engineer and Senior ALM Actuary, currently working with Phoenix Group. In the past She has worked with PwC, Partnership, JLT Group and Paternoster. A mathematician by education, She is a qualified Actuary with over 19 years of experience across Investments, Pricing, Modelling and Consulting in Life Insurance, and a specialism in ALM and Capital Management. ​

Starting her actuarial career in India, she has been based in the UK since 2012. She is a member of the IFoA Council and one of the founder members and ex-chair of Indian Actuarial Network UK. A firm believer in the philiosophies of 'Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam' and 'Ubuntu' She is passionate for the causes of volunteering, connecting and sharing. Outside work, She loves to spend time with her two young kids, practices Sivananda Yoga, is a running enthusiast, a movie buff and loves to travel. ​
