Bozenna Hinton is the Immediate Past President of the International Actuarial Association, which is the international organization representing more than 90,000 actuaries across 115 countries and 74 full member associations. She has also served as President of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With over three decades of experience in financial services, Bozenna has held senior executive and consulting roles across Australia and the UK. Her career includes leadership positions as General Manager of Product & Pricing at MLC Life and senior roles at EY and TAL. Her expertise spans product development, pricing, valuation, risk management, and portfolio management across life insurance markets. She has also worked in general insurance, superannuation, and non-traditional areas such as energy pricing.
