Shailendra Sapra is currently serving as the CEO of Aon Reinsurance Solutions, India based out of Mumbai. He started his insurance career at Aon as part of the Analytics team, then moved into regional account management role for global insurers based out Singapore and India. He and his team work with insurers in India to help them overcome their challenges by applying his understanding of the Indian market. ​

He's passionate about increasing capital into India and supporting our clients/cedants with reinsurance structuring and pricing advise through Analytics in ever dynamic Indian market. He has 2 kids, enjoys going to the gym and reading.​
