He was Founding MD & CEO of speciality insurer Raheja QBE, Founding team member of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co Ltd, Country Manager for The New India Assurance Co. Ltd Hong Kong. He is also Regular contributor to Times of India blogs, Sanctuary Asia, illuminem, The Journal of Chartered Insurance Institute. ​

He is also an Invited speaker - for the last several years presented at China International Conference on Insurance and Risk Management (CICIRM), CPD instructor for the Chartered Insurance Institute - recently invited to run various sessions for the APAC region in HK, presenter and chair at several events across Asian region, visiting faculty at Assumption Business University (ABAC) Bangkok. ​

He is Winner of D Subramaniam Award and SK Desai Memorial Prize by Insurance Institute of India, Group Study Exchange Award by Rotary Foundation, Special Prize from Geneva Association, Most read author for illuminem - Climate Change 2024. He was on the Board of Education Insurance Institute of India (III), Dy. Chair Diversity Action Group at CII (UK), and Chairman Insurance Committee - Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).​
