Mr. Devadeep Gupta leads Aon PathWise business development and oversees actuarial transformation projects in the APAC region. Prior to joining Aon, He has led IFRS 17 implementation for Prudential Hong Kong and later worked as Director, IFRS 17 at Prudential Corporation Asia. ​

Previously, he was Head of EV / IFRS Reporting for Prudential Hong Kong and Senior Global Independent Model Review Manager at HSBC Group. Prior to that, he worked in consulting, reporting and modelling roles especially on UK GAAP, Solvency II and Asian regulations. ​

He has over 17 years of actuarial experience including former consulting roles at Deloitte and Willis Towers Watson. He has a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Delhi University, India; and Fellowship from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK and the Institute of Actuaries of India. ​

He has received five awards from the Institute of Actuaries of India for excellence in the actuarial field and is also a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA).​
