He works closely with customers, insurtechs, and RGA partners to define and develop new ideas, business models, and technology solutions that will shape the future of the life insurance industry. Based in Japan, He has more than 25 years of experience in the global financial industry leading technology strategy, digital transformation, and the delivery of mission-critical IT systems.  ​

Since joining RGA in 2019, he has developed innovative digital underwriting and risk management solutions to solve specific pain points for clients in Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and communication engineering from Bangalore University in India. He is fluent in English and Japanese.​
