Arindam Ghosh joined the company in 2019 and currently serves as Joint President & Chief Distribution Officer. He leads the entire retail sales agenda, encompassing Banca, Alternate Channels, Agency, Broker, Corporate Agency, Direct, Digital, and Cross-sell, along with Group Business, Strategic Alliances, Sales Strategy, Sales Training, and Marketing.

Prior to this, he served in key leadership roles including CTO & Head Corporate Strategy and Digital, EVP & Head Strategy, Marketing & Digital, and SVP & Head Operations and Customer Strategy. With over 27 years of senior executive and business leadership experience, He has held global and country-level roles such as CTO, COO, CIO, CRO, and P&L Head across renowned organizations like Altisource/Ocwen, GE Capital, Citibank, Dell, and ICRA (Moody’s India partner). He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (PGDM Finance & Systems) and holds a Bachelor of Engineer.
